His extensive training in Italy’s prestigious culinary schools and experiences with renowned European chefs have not only perfected his art but fueled his dream to share this passion. Moving from Italy to California, Giovanni realized his dream by opening his own café in San Francisco. Here, he not only offers authentic Italian pastries but also imparts his rich knowledge and fervor for baking to all who join him.
